Tasting Notes
Leather, black cherry, dried fig, nougat, mon Chérie. Silky palate with fine, fresh acidity, the alcohol is seamlessly countered, the fruit has density and is just beginning to open up, a still compact wine that will achieve a beautiful aromatic complexity in the medium term (three to five years). The metallic notes typical of the variety are only slightly pronounced, a wine on a par with the best Carignano del Sulcis.
