Tasting Notes
It has a darkly glowing rich ruby red colour. There is a lovely savouriness on the nose, as well as raspberry cordial, dried tomatoes and beetroot, and beautiful violet blossom on the finish. It is compact on the palate, opening up with juicy tannins, and it has plenty of drive and tension right through to the finish.
More about the tastingRich, dark ruby. Shows in the nose a lot of dark berry fruit of dark blackberries, some blueberry, behind it dark chocolate. Spreads on the palate rich and powerful, much rich texture, very well integrated tannin, at the end much drive.
