Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red colour with a delicate purple hue. Very fragrant, balsamic nose of stewed cherry, butter biscuits, wood, crème de cassis, dried violet. On the palate with racy acidity and a very texture centre, on dark fruit, with a somewhat loosely knit tannin finish, can still mature.
