Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark shining ruby red. Rich, slightly earthy nose with ripe cherry and plum fruit emerging after aeration, a touch of blood orange and some refined pepper savouriness in the background. Dense and elegant on the palate, very juicy-salty tannin, tightens up nicely with good drive, elegant, complex and long.
