Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant dark ruby. Opens slightly ferrous on the nose, then red berries, raspberry, delicate vegetal savouriness. Very red-fruity on the palate with a delicate texture, slightly salty, light aftertaste on the finish.
