Tasting Notes
Rich dark ruby colour with a black core. The nose displays an appealing blend, with notes of macchia herbs, thyme, rosemary and curry, along with blackberries, dark currant and some chocolate. It builds like a peacock on the palate with lots of fine-meshed, dense tannin with a firm core. Dark blackberry fruit richly fills the palate along with a sweet and creamy texture. Still very young.
