Tasting Notes
Bright, rich ruby red colour with a purple tinge. Complex savouriness on the nose, cold smoke, ripe cassis fruit, precious wood, some black cherry, delicate ferrous notes round off the bouquet. Great, sweet fruit on the palate, embedded in savoury, rounded tannins, tightly woven, with plenty of grip and salinity, long, but unfortunately still somewhat brittle on the finish.
