Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby red with a drop of purple. Fine nose, slightly spicy-meaty, sweet ripe cherries, oak, then a slight hint of wild berry cordial, elderberries, paired with dark spice, reminiscent of juniper berries. Powerful and hearty on the palate, with good tension and tightly integrated tannins, juicy, harmonious, currently still a little young, put it away for a few years and enjoy it fully after a little patience.
