Delicately bright ruby red with a dark shimmer. Aromas of baked plums, subtle toasted notes, hints of smoke and chalk. Initially hearty on the palate, with rustic tannins and a lot of tart savouriness, a subtle dryness on the finish, which doesn't last long.
