The red wine Barbaspinosa Maremma Toscana DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Morisfarms has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright purple with garnet hues. Elegant nose, blackberry confit, black currants, subtle notes of sandalwood and some iron, spruce needles in the background. Attractive on the palate, fine tannins, gentle, a touch of bitter almond on the finish.
