The red wine Avvoltore IGT, vintage 2010 from the winery Morisfarms has been rated in 2013 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Sparkling, rich ruby with violet shimmer. Very rich and inviting nose of ripe blackberry fruit, some elderberry, clear and concise. Juicy and clear on the palate, shows lots of rich fruit, fine spicy notes in the background, opens up with fine-meshed tannins, spans a wide range.
