Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby; finely drawn, intense nose with rich aromas of cassis, some cedar wood; taut and clear on the palate, builds nicely, lots of juicy fruit, underpinned by hearty spicy notes, playful, long finish.
More about the tastingRich, very dense ruby purple; very clear and compact nose, lots of rich fruit, of elderberries and lilac; very clear on the palate and again with lots of juicy fruit, gripping tannin, then unfortunately breaks down a little at the back, slightly dry finish.
