The white wine Südtirol Sauvignon Mantele DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Nals Margreid has been rated in 2012 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright greenish-yellow. A delicately nuanced nose with notes of elderflower and cut grass. On the palate, it reveals lovely ripe fruit with hardly any green notes, but plenty of red currant and sage, and a lovely depth on the finish.
