Clear, intense ruby in colour with a slight garnet edge. An intense and appealing nose, with lots of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry. On the palate similarly there's lots of juicy fruit, especially blackberry and cassis, and well underpinned by spiced notes. A fine and long-lasting texture thanks to lots of fine-meshed tannin.
