The red wine Anticus Riserva Baron Salvadori DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Nals Margreid has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, intense ruby with purple glints. Very rich and appealing nose with notes of ripe, dark joahnnisberry, plum and violets. On the palate it is very vivid in approach and course, pithy with dense tannin, also shows great depth, fine berry fruit, substantial on the finish, notes of tobacco.
