The white wine Chardonnay Riserva Baron Salvadori DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Nals Margreid has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Sparkling, light golden yellow with a slight green shimmer. Intense and finely drawn nose, opens with notes of ripe banana, pickled pineapple, some papaya, exciting. Very fine and balanced on the palate, again with notes of banana and ripe yellow fruit, juicy and delicate, very long finish.
