Bright, pale straw yellow. Multi-layered on the nose, initially opens on slightly smoky tones, then herbal savouriness and crisp apple, flint. Fruity on the palate with a fine mellowness, shows beautiful salt, crisp and clear on the palate, with a good length on the finish.
