Medium green-yellow in colour with silver reflections. Fresh yellow pear fruit, a hint of blossom honey and delicate herbal savouriness, underlaid with tobacco nuances. Juicy, elegant and balanced, with delicate acidity, it is mineral and appears light-footed. With a hint of caramel in the finish, it is a multi-faceted food wine with ageing potential.
