Tasting Notes
A bright straw yellow. A lightly perfumed nose, flowers, honeydew melon, lychee, candied pineapple. Expansive and juicy on the palate, playful notes of fruit, bright, supple, energetic on the finish, animated, smooth.
More about the tastingVery floral on the nose, some nutmeg, rose, like a freshly watered southern Italian garden. On the palate it shows with silky phenolics and a full body despite the measured alcohol, ripe, well-supporting acidity, finishes on smooth and mild motifs, not without echoing the spiciness of the fragrance. A great accompaniment to grilled fish.
