Brilliant dusky pink with orange reflections. On the nose there are aromas of ripe red fruits of sweet cherry and raspberry compote, alongside candied almond. In the mouth it shows a juicy texture with racy acidity, a gentle mousse and a delicate fruitiness. The finish is refreshingly salty with tasty, slowly fading wild strawberry fruit.
