Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Delicately savoury, mineral, white apple fruit, a hint of lime and touch of smoke. Medium complexity, very racy structure, pleasant salty minerality, seems finely chiselled and salty. Lemony on the finish and medium length. An attractive aperitif.
