It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Salmon pink with copper-coloured reflections. Intense bouquet of cranberries, cherry confit and blood oranges, accompanied by fine notes of nutty nougat and bread crust. Gripping on the palate, with a juicy, lively texture and complex, mineral body, fine mousse. Long finish with tannins present in the red-fruity aftertaste. An excellent accompaniment to food.
