Brilliant golden yellow colour. Complex bouquet of ripe nashi pears, juicy quince and roasted brittle, a hint of hay and a fine note of fresh raspberry biscuit. The filigree of pearls is supported by a precise, finely chiselled acidity that gently caresses the palate. Very elegant, harmonious texture with a chalky-salty and citrusy freshness. Lingers for a long time. Perfect drinking stage.
