Medium, brilliant golden yellow. Nose characterised by yeast bread, roasted almond, nut butter and lemon confit. Juicy, delicately texture on the palate, supported by the finest bubbles, tasty lime undertones and a hint of oyster rind. Shows dignified and at the same time refreshing notes of maturity. A good accompaniment to fish.
