Silvery, shiny, medium yellow gold. Fruity notes of crab apple, white tropical fruit, some lemon balm and fresh lemon cake. Fine mousse on the palate, underpinned by vital acidity and depth of extract, with an elegant, mineral fullness. Very good length with a delicate herbal finish. Youthfully refreshing, despite its maturity!
