Medium, bright gold in colour. Intense aromas of peach, Williams pear, Delicious apple and floral Linden blossom. Creamy on the palate, with a fine mousse, subtle acidity and well balanced extract sweetness - it's fresh, clear and elegant despite its maturity. Animatingly complex, complemented by almond notes and citrus zest on the finish. Shows further ageing potential.
