Delicate tannin nuances and a very fine mousse reflect the elegant character. Refreshing salted lemon and juicy red fruit on the long finish. Delicate!

A rich bouquet of dark berry fruit, black cherry, sloe and hints of rooibos, with savoury Earl Grey, smoked bacon and blood orange too. The palate brings a delicate mousse, creamy texture and a grippy acidity, with some fleur de sel and a chalky-mineral character. The elegant finish shows plenty of depth of character. A great food companion.
