Brilliant light gold. A fine bouquet of Bach flowers, lemon confit, fresh apple tart and a background of honeysuckle and subtle yeast savouriness. There's a very fine mousse on the palate, supported by an elegant acidity with a subtle hint of salted almonds on the finish. Harmonious elegance with youthful sophistication despite its actual maturity, with further development potential.
