Light straw yellow, silver reflections and a fine mousse. Yellow stone fruit on the nose with an orange touch, biscuit and fine yeast note. Juicy, creamy texture with pleasant fruitiness, racy structure, yellow apple notes on the finish, delicate blossom honey and a hint of lime. Elegant, lively style and perfectly developed.
