Silvery, light golden yellow colour. Delicate aroma of white flowers, crab apple and yellow citrus fruit, accompanied by juicy pear and subtle yeasty notes. A refreshingly mineral, salty centre and elegant, creamy mousse linger on the palate like egg whites. The mineral depth and harmonious balance of fruit, structure and ripeness offer the best conditions for further ageing.

Seductive citrus fruits, yeast plait and buttery nuances meet exotic hints of pineapple, lychee and fresh meadow herbs on the nose. The gentle, soft foam caresses the palate, while a salty seaweed and mouth-watering, precise acidity provide lively freshness. The finish has a mineral grip and refreshing mint notes. Good length.
