Bright golden yellow. Inviting aromas of stone-baked bread, bergamot and subtle hints of summer truffles and tobacco spice. Powerful on the palate, with a mineral-led attack and good depth of extract backed by a racy acidity. There' an extremely densely woven texture, with nutty and fine citric accents that hold the tension well in the long, saline finish. Great development potential.
