Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate animalistic nuances, a hint of brett, some liquorice and cassis, fresh orange zest, some wood spice at the forefront. Complex, tight-knit, chocolaty, ripe, well-integrated tannins, a hint of dark nougat on the finish, sweet cherries and subtle herbal spice on the aftertaste, definitely still needs its time, good ageing potential.
