Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

This has a bright golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of candied orange zest, a hint of stone fruit and almond, and a fine touch of dried herbs. It is juicy, with a lovely fruit sweetness, a hint of banana and pear, finely chiseled acidity, persistence, and a nutty finish. It is an elegant food wine.

More about the tasting

Very fragrant with notes of purple pastille and gariguette strawberry, almost lavender. Full-bodied on the palate, with a linear structure, a firm, still closed core, ripe, well-integrated acidity, a white wine with stature and certain ageing potential.
