Strong, shimmering lemon yellow. Distinctive bouquet, opens on notes of freshly baked brioche, white bread crust, also some marzipan and butter cream. Full-bodied on the palate, spreads throughout the mouth, well-integrated fine mousse, slightly nutty, yellow apple, finishes fresh on salty lemon.
