Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Slightly reductive on the nose. With a little air, notes of cassis, blackberry and cherry as well as savoury hints. Fresh on the palate, with juicy acidity. Aromas of plum and cherry as well as black pepper and a fine horseradish spiciness. Fine-grained, polished tannins and a long finish.
