Tasting Notes

88+
Tasting from 01.06.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Smells of wild strawberry, after contact with the air also thyme, some iron. Comparatively lacking in contour on the palate, slightly creamy, crumbly tannin with slight green tones disappearing behind the creaminess, medium length, rather restrained acidity. Correct consumption quality, with simpler dishes, also as an accompaniment to bacon, chorizo and cheese.
