Lots of blackcurrant (black and red), clear fruit, lots of new wood, tobacco. Smooth on the palate, dry tannins, grippy, mid-palate with creaminess and slight astringency, seems somewhat forced overall. Slightly salty, yet somewhat lacking in tension.
