Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

On the nose, wild blueberry, a touch of new wood, forest floor, bark mulch and herbs. Powerful, mealy tannins, very juicy with late-emerging, somewhat mild acidity. A rather modern style Crianza, with power and only very restrained ageing aromas.

More about the tasting

Liquorice, caramel, sweet cherry, also some malt. Taut and full-bodied on the palate, very firm, with mild acidity, corpulent structure and slightly defensive palate fruit. Good length on the finish, dominated by substance. Grilled lamb chops.
