The red wine Barolo DOCG Parafada, vintage 2018 from the winery Palladino has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, radiant ruby red. Generous nose of ripe raspberry and some cranberry, with a hint of dried porcini mushroom and a wet stone aftertaste. The palate has polished tannins, tightly woven, with a creamy attack and finish, building up in many layers, very long and balanced.
