Tasting from 20.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling, intense ruby, fine garnet shimmer. Complex and inviting nose, aromas of cranberries, dark cherries and ripe plums, inviting. Lots of clear, present fruit in the attack, salty, opens up with fine, well-placed tannins, salty finish.
