The white wine Ponka Collio Goriziano Bianco Riserva DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Paraschos has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Intense amber colour with golden reflections. Extremely expressive on the nose, lots of tropical fruit, reminiscent of yuzu and pineapple, with a hint of sealing wax behind it. Delicate tannins and harmonious acidity on the palate, lively, medium-long, savoury finish.
