Tasting from 21.06.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, bright cherry red. High volatile acidity on the nose, notes of glue, blue cheese, yeast, medicinal notes, iodine. A certain freshness on the palate, but lots of tannin, becomes slowing in the course and remains bitter.
