Tasting Notes
A commanding nose of dried fruit, roast garrigue herbs and smoked bacon, and delicate nutty caramel notes. A substantial and complex palate with a powerful mousse and tasty acidity. It finishes with a delicate tangy quince flavour, and is slightly peppery. It has very good length, and would be excellent with roast dishes.
