Brilliant straw yellow in colour with a subtle cloudiness. On the nose, pronounced aromas of blood orange, cinchona bark, rhubarb and lime, with a hint of star anise. The palate is expansive, with a gentle grip, lively acidity, fresh and juicy through to the lingering finish.
