Intense, bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Expressive on the nose, with initial delicate notes of reduction, reminiscent of cold smoke, followed by nuances of yellow apple, lemon and Mediterranean herbs. Lively and harmonious on the palate, with an animating texture, great interplay between the acidity and delicate tannins, a lingering, salty finish.
