Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Still clearly greenish in colour. Passion fruit, damp stone on the nose, still a bit closed. Lime, peppery, dusty, smoky. Supple on the palate, round and plump, melted phenolics with stalky, astringent notes. Ripe and mature acidity, powerful, has volume, a certain generosity, but without becoming broad. High intensity, naturally rounded, good length.
