Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 01.01.2021: Ulrich Sautter

This parcel faces south and is therefore cool - with the sun in the north in the southern hemisphere. Light gold with a greenish hue. Some curry and honey, toast, ripe components and a little botrytis. But certainly not a fruit salad. Good mineral definition, but also powerful, persistent, noticeable alcohol, a very well integrated acidity. Versatile.
