Somewhat petrol in the nose, lime, lemon balm, also flinty and orange blossom after some time. Clearly phenolic on the palate, somewhat hard and inaccessible. Very dry, with long-lasting acidity, and a clear, tactile mineral base. Good content, but not broad. Very mineral, the texture becomes a little softer and almost silky with air contact.
