Salmon coloured with coppery reflections. Floral aromas on the nose, alongside pickled sour cherries, redcurrants, and Bonbon Anglais. There's a fine herbal savouriness in the background too. The attack brings a ripe yet fresh acidity before raspberry cream caramel notes and a long, animating finish.
