The red wine Ruberpan Valpolicella Superiore DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Pieropan has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Gently shimmering ruby colour with garnet-red hues. Dominated by very ripe fruit on the nose, of cherry and redcurrant, also cloves and a pinch of black pepper on the finish. Harmonious on the palate, grippy with a beautiful alternation of dense fruit and animating acidity, juicy through to the lingering finish.
